  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown; let cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust and layer with sliced strawberries.
  5. In a saucepan, cook remaining strawberries with 1/4 cup sugar until bubbly; pour over the layered dessert.
