  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F / 190°C).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard leftover marinade. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
