Instructions

  5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While cooling, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and orange zest until smooth. Frost cooled bars and cut into squares.
