Instructions

  6. Roll out both portions into rectangles about 1/4 inch thick, layer them, then roll tightly into a log shape.

  8. Slice the chilled log into 1/4-inch rounds and place on prepared baking sheets about an inch apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Cool on wire racks, then dust with powdered sugar.
