  • 2 lobster tails (about 8 oz each)
  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Cajun spice blend

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions
