  • 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions

  6. Drop heaping tablespoons of batter onto prepared sheets about 2 inches apart; bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  7. For the filling, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; spread on one cookie and top with another.
