Instructions

- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
- Drop heaping tablespoons of batter onto prepared sheets about 2 inches apart; bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- For the filling, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; spread on one cookie and top with another.
