  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese

  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly, then stir in sugar until dissolved.

  3. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and layer them at the bottom of your serving dish.

  5. Repeat layering with remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and blackberries.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
