Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup wild rice blend
  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  4. Add chicken broth and wild rice blend; bring to a gentle boil while stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme; reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30-40 minutes until rice is tender.
