Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Sauté chopped onions in a skillet over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles for approximately 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in cumin, chili powder, and half of the enchilada sauce until well combined.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
