  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 French or Italian bread loaf (about 12 inches)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt and tandoori masala. Coat chicken breasts thoroughly and marinate for at least one hour (preferably overnight).
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly charred. Let rest before slicing into strips.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise and spread garlic butter generously on both halves.
  5. Layer sliced chicken evenly over the garlic-buttered bread and sprinkle with cilantro.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), place the topped bread on a baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
