Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Line a cupcake pan with liners and fill each about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
- For frosting: Beat softened butter until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar and mix on low speed until combined.
- Add orange food coloring and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Once cupcakes are cool, pipe or spread frosting on top and decorate as desired.
