- Let cupcakes cool in the tin for five minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
- For the frosting, beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and green food coloring until desired hue is reached.
- Once cooled, frost generously and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top as 'bubbles.'
