- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll phyllo dough on a clean surface; cut into 4-inch squares.
- Brush each square with olive oil and layer three squares in a muffin tin to form cups. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season shrimp with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook shrimp for about 3-4 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice; fold in cilantro and season with salt.
- Once phyllo cups are cool, fill each with mashed avocado and top with sautéed shrimp.
