  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with taco seasoning; let it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Form small patties from the seasoned beef and sear in the hot skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Add shredded cheese on top of patties and cover briefly to melt.
