Ingredients

- 1 cup sago pearls
- 1 can (400ml) full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
- 4 cups water (for cooking sago)
Instructions
- Soak sago pearls in water for 30 minutes; rinse under cold water.
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot; add soaked sago and cook for 10-15 minutes until translucent. Drain excess water.
- In another saucepan, heat coconut milk with honey/sugar over low heat until dissolved but not boiling.
- Combine cooked sago with the warm coconut milk mixture.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries, reserving some for garnish.
- Chill in serving bowls for at least 1 hour before serving.
