Instructions

  2. Strain the infused milk into a bowl, discarding mint leaves. Blend with heavy cream, remaining sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
  4. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Gently fold in chocolate chips before transferring to an airtight container. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
