  • 4 cups filtered water (3 cups cold + 1 cup for syrup)

Instructions

  1. Wash and pit the cherries, then slice them in half.
  2. In a saucepan, combine cherries, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until juices are released.
  3. Juice the lemons to yield about 1 cup of lemon juice.
