Description

One Pot Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, indulgent dish that comes together in just 30 minutes, making it the perfect weeknight meal for the whole family.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Once shimmering, add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Sauté until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
  3. Add fusilli pasta along with heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring often.
  4. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust seasoning if necessary before serving warm.
