Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub and dry the russet potatoes, poke holes with a fork, then rub with olive oil and salt.
- Bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook diced steak bites in oil for 4-5 minutes until browned.
