- 1 packet taco seasoning

- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by half of the beef mixture, black beans, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and cheese. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining tortilla chips and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving with sour cream.
