  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
  2. While the chicken rests, wash and chop the romaine and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a bowl, combine sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Lay tortillas flat, fill with the mixture, fold sides in, and roll tightly to secure.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later enjoyment.
