Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust and top with half of the mixed berries.
  4. Prepare berry gelatin according to package instructions and allow it to cool slightly before pouring over the layered dessert.
  5. Once gelatin is partially set, spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and add the remaining berries.
