Instructions

  2. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the rice, toasting it lightly for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the tomato sauce, chicken broth, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat to simmer for about 20 minutes until the rice is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
