Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 skinless fresh salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.

  6. 6. Combine drained linguine with sauce and flaked salmon, tossing gently to coat.
  7. 7. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
