  • 12 slider buns (potato rolls recommended)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottoms in the baking dish.
  3. Spread marinara sauce over the bottom halves, layer with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the cheese and place the top halves of the buns on.
  5. Brush melted butter on top of the buns and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice apart, and serve warm.
