  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season flank steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear for about 3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  2. In the same skillet, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  3. Lay a tortilla on a plate and spoon the steak mixture down the center. Top with shredded cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up to wrap tightly.
  5. Toast the wrap seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
