Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until mixed well. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.

- Fold in chopped pecans, then pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.
