  • 2 cups ripe mango, diced (approximately 2 medium mangoes)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the ripe mangoes into small pieces.
  2. Blend the diced mango, coconut cream, honey or maple syrup, and lime juice in a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about an inch of space at the top for expansion.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top before inserting popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
