- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef (6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water; cook until fragrant (3-4 minutes).
- Layer half of the tortilla chips in the baking dish. Spread half of the refried beans on top, then layer half of the beef mixture and half of the cheese.
- Repeat layering with remaining ingredients: chips, beans, beef, and cheese.
