- 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with minced garlic until fully cooked. Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until slightly melted.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about half an inch thick. Cut into squares (4 inches wide).
- Place a scoop of the beef mixture in the center of each square and fold corners up to seal.
- Arrange seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle extra Parmesan on top.
