  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with minced garlic until fully cooked. Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until slightly melted.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about half an inch thick. Cut into squares (4 inches wide).
  5. Place a scoop of the beef mixture in the center of each square and fold corners up to seal.
  6. Arrange seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle extra Parmesan on top.
