Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles until well combined.
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas and evenly distribute the beef mixture on each. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and fold tightly like burritos.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove carefully using tongs; let cool slightly before slicing in half and serving.
