  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup canned coconut cream (chilled)
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • ½ cup toasted shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  3. Add chilled coconut cream to the mixture and fold until just combined.
  4. Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  5. Before serving, top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with toasted shredded coconut.
