Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.

  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy.

  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the creamed mixture until just combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the Bundt pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon filling over it, then layer with remaining batter and filling.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling in the pan for ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
