  • 4 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes (sliced thin)
  • 2 cups sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 large Yellow Onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions in butter until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
