Instructions

  2. Once the test kernels pop, add the remaining popcorn kernels. Cover and shake occasionally until popping slows to 2 seconds between pops.
  3. Transfer popped popcorn to a large mixing bowl while still warm. Sprinkle the red velvet cake mix evenly over the top and toss gently to coat.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds until smooth. Drizzle over the coated popcorn while stirring gently.
