  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually stir in apple cider and combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool on wire racks. For the filling, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Once cookies are cool, spread filling on one cookie half and sandwich with another.
