  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.

  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Add cooked fettuccine and flaked salmon to the sauce, tossing gently to coat.
