- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

- Salt to taste
- 3–4 tbsp water or aquafaba
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas under cold water.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Gradually add water or aquafaba until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice as needed.
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
- Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with paprika before serving with pita chips or veggies.
