  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 oz red gelatin powder (cherry or raspberry)
  • 3 oz blue gelatin powder (blue raspberry)
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, eggs, and water until well blended. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
  4. Use a fork to poke holes all over the cooled cake.
  5. Prepare each gelatin according to package instructions, then pour half of the red gelatin over one side of the cake and half of the blue over the other.
  6. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set. Spread whipped topping evenly on top and decorate with strawberries and blueberries before serving.
