- 3 oz red gelatin powder (cherry or raspberry)
- 3 oz blue gelatin powder (blue raspberry)
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, eggs, and water until well blended. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Use a fork to poke holes all over the cooled cake.
- Prepare each gelatin according to package instructions, then pour half of the red gelatin over one side of the cake and half of the blue over the other.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set. Spread whipped topping evenly on top and decorate with strawberries and blueberries before serving.
