  • Green Cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • Yellow Onions
  • Pickling Spices
  • Low-Sodium Beef Broth or Water

Instructions

  1. Chop vegetables into large chunks.
  2. Rinse the brisket, pat dry, and season with pickling spices.
  3. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté onions and carrots for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned brisket on top of the sautéed vegetables; cover with broth.
