  • ½ cup nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas until creamy.
  4. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
