Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Fold in mini marshmallows gently until they soften but don’t fully melt.
  3. Mix in the colorful candy coating for vibrant pops of color.
  4. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the fudge mixture, and smooth the top.
