  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 10g baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 200ml whole milk

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a round springform pan.
  2. Sauté the lardons in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; gradually add eggs and milk until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the sautéed lardons and chunks of Camembert.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
