Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a round springform pan.
- Sauté the lardons in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; gradually add eggs and milk until smooth.
- Gently fold in the sautéed lardons and chunks of Camembert.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
