4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large avocado, cubed

- Whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, red onion, and sliced steak.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently. Serve immediately for maximum freshness.
Notes
✅ Steak Doneness: For medium-rare, cook steak to 130-135°F (54-57°C); for medium, aim for 140-145°F (60-63°C).
✅ Bacon Alternative: Try turkey bacon or crispy pancetta for a variation.
✅ Dressing Tip: For a creamier dressing, add 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayo.
✅ Cheese Swap: If you’re not a fan of blue cheese, use feta or goat cheese instead.
✅ Make-Ahead Tip: You can prepare all ingredients ahead of time, but add the avocado and dressing just before serving to keep it fresh!
