Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually mix in green food coloring until you reach your desired shade.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown while centers remain soft.
  8. Cool on racks before decorating with icing made from icing sugar, milk, and food coloring.
