Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onions until translucent (about 5 minutes), then add minced garlic.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet; cook until tender and juices are released (7-10 minutes).
