  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  3. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; chop into bits.
  4. Hard-boil eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes; cool in an ice bath before peeling.
  5. Chop cucumber and slice cherry tomatoes and avocado.
  6. In an airtight container or bowl, layer mixed greens, sliced chicken, bacon bits, egg quarters, cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado. Top with blue cheese and drizzle vinaigrette just before serving.
