- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: Dice the chicken and mince the garlic.

- Return chicken to the skillet and mix well to coat in sauce. Cook for an additional minute.
