Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
