- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add garlic, sauté until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream and parsley.
