  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add garlic, sauté until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream and parsley.
  7. Drizzle the garlic sauce over the crispy chicken before serving.
